General and Interdisciplinary Studies

Students from different departments can take our courses as general elecitives (allgemeinwissenschaftliche Wahlpflichtfächer or AW).
These courses give you the opportunity to meet fellow students from other departments and learn about different topics in addition to your main subject of study.


We also offer courses taught in in English as a part of the Courses in English programme . These courses are beneficial for international and German students alike.


International exchange students who wish to acquire or improve German language skills can study German language courses at different levels .


Students who intend to sit the DSH exam (Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang) can take the DSH preparation course to prepare for the examination. The exam can be taken at Munich University of Applied Sciences (MUAS).


We also offer a range of courses for students seeking additional qualifications, such as the


Students who wish to study for a postgraduate degree alongside employment will also benefit from our courses. In just five semesters, you can complete a master´s degree in Intercultural Communication and Cooperation (M.A.) , an invaluable qualification in today´s globalised, intercultural working environments.


We are also proud to present the latest addition to our range of programmes: a bachelor`s degree (B.A) in International Project Management (Website in German only)
